Our client wanted a timeless design, contemporary luxury, with villa vibe warmth.
This residence stands proudly behind gracefully designed brick walls, creating privacy and exclusivity. The central courtyard is a tranquil oasis with a sparkling pool at its heart, seamlessly connected to various living spaces. The blend of indoor and outdoor living delivers the harmony our client sought.
The discreetly located garage connects the resident with the outside world and Trader Joe's for the forgotten item, mid-BBQ.
Bathed in natural light, the living room is a two-story testament to architectural brilliance, creating an inviting, airy ambiance from all sides; this strategic design enhances the aesthetic appeal and ensures a constant play of light, accentuating the carefully curated interiors.
Art is essential to our client; the intentional use of white walls is the perfect backdrop for an impressive art collection, allowing each piece to take center stage and tell its own story.
